If you buy everything second hand instead of new, you are not only reducing waste you are avoiding the resources extraction, energy footrpint and pollution that goes into manufacturing and distributing new products.

It's good for your bank balance too!

If you have to buy something new, make sure it has real long term energy efficiency benefits and is responsibly produced.

It's so easy on trade me - you can get just about anything delivered to your door - no need to go trapsing round the shops. More time to hang out at the beach or in yer garden, yeah!
