IDEA: throw away culture
okay what is the most effect to reduce climate emissions
two options
A.) you go into a cafe and choose not to buy takeaway - thereby utilising their cups, of which they will have to clear away and wash and use energy.
B). get a takeaway contribute to the land fill, less energy to wash cup, but it sits in a land fill for how long.
so in reducing climate change is option A better or B.
i prefer B due to too many cups going into land fills however maybe A is better to reduce climate change.
although if we use less takeaways cups less production and less energy used.

coffee cups
I've totally had a think about this because it came up in an envi project we were doing for uni. I would say prefer to use less takeaway coffee cups- maybe ecofriendly dishwashing liquids could be used to wash the cups.
throw away culture
I commend option C
Drink no coffee. :)
I prefer water anyway and have never had it supplied in anything other than a glass. Its a no brainer. Actually I can't afford to eat out unless someone else pays, but in earlier years when I did, guess where all the incidents of food poisoning came from?
