The best thing about giving donations as presents is they are about as environmentally friendly as they come. There's no packaging involved and it's all for a good cause.
Try WWF, Oxfam or the SPCA, there are so many choices. Great for those hard to buy for people. Who wouldn't be happy about giving a donkey to a poor village!
