Community Wind Farms

They're good enough for Germany, the UK, Netherlands and Denmark (where over 20% of that county's power is generated by wind), so why not New Zealand?

I am trying to set up a community-owned wind farm in Lyttelton, Canterbury.

Is there anyone trying to do something similar elsewhere in New Zealand?

Do you own (high) land close to the grid on the Banks Peninsula?

Do you work for Greenpeace and can help facilitate?
